Often that is enough to encourage at least a partial continuation of eating raw foods when possible. Even if a complete change is not possible, adding even 50% raw foods to your existing diet can make a huge difference for the better.

Many people have found that maintaining an intake of fifty percent or more raw foods in the diet has some remarkable health benefits. Lower cholesterol, decreased blood pressure, relief from insomnia, weight loss and higher energy levels are just a few of the benefits reported. In addition, prior issues with allergies, depression or other health concerns are often improved with these types of positive dietary changes.
